I'm a former charity CEO, social entrepreneur and teacher, with over 15 years' experience leading values-driven teams through change, challenge and growth. I know first-hand how hard it can be to stay connected - to purpose, to people, and to ourselves - when the pace is fast and the pressures are high.
Through reflective facilitation, I help leaders and teams pause, reflect and reconnect - with themselves, each other and the work that matters.
I also design and deliver bespoke learning experiences that empower people to grow with confidence. Drawing on a coaching approach, I support individuals and teams - from small charities to large corporates - to deepen their self-awareness, develop their skills and thrive in their roles.

Reflective Facilitation
Reflective facilitation creates intentional space for leaders and teams to pause, reconnect with purpose and improve ways of working.
My role is to guide you to have purposeful conversations that lead to improved clarity, connection and communication.
